The outdoor hose bib on my decades old house was leaking and they explained in great detail and with heartwarming patience and kindness what the problems were and showed them to me so that I have a clear understanding of the failures, damages, parts and processes. They don't pressure you but instead give you options and information and they let you make your decision based on great facts. They worked twice as hard to replace and fix it because the pipe 'gizmo' in the wall was twisted and bent. What an awesome team. I live near the villages area and my pipes leaked from the cold front I called them, sent them photo of the water leak, not even 30 min they were here, They got the right tools and finished the job in less than an hour! the price was very reasonable.
