Water Softeners / Filter Systems

Very professional. Very knowledgeable and punctual. He fixed the issue i had w my toilets the first time around and was very affordable. One of the few businesses out there that wont treat you like a number but will give you quality and professional work and still treat you like a human. I hope to not have problems w my plumbing again but if i do, I’ll definitely be calling him again.

I have to give a big shout-out to Forrest and Tom with HW Plumbing for the work they did on my bathroom remodel. They took my bathroom all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it, handling everything from the rough-in plumbing to installation and finishing. The quality of their work and craftsmanship really shows, and the bathroom turned out exactly the way I envisioned it. One of the biggest parts of the project was my Aquapeutics Tahitian Spa, which they had to assemble and install. It was definitely not your standard shower installation, and they did an amazing job with it. It is absolutely beautiful! They also installed my jetted tub, and the workmanship on both is excellent. These were two of the things I was most excited about when I planned this bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. And, of course, anyone who knows me knows there were some changes along the way. 😂 Forrest and Tom just rolled with them. They listened to what I wanted, supported my decisions, and also gave me their input when there were things I hadn’t thought about. I really appreciated having people who would listen to my vision but also speak up and offer suggestions based on their experience. From the work you don’t see behind the walls to the finished product you do see, they did a great job. They were easy to work with, patient with my changes, and clearly took pride in making sure everything was done right. I absolutely recommend Forrest and Tom with HW Plumbing. Thank you both for helping take the bathroom I had pictured in my head and actually making it happen. I love it! Pictures forthcoming as soon as the painting is finished! 😊

Thomas did an amazing job installing our water softener! Very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend HW plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I can’t say enough about Thomas and Forest with HW plumbing. They go above and beyond your needs. They do the homework on any product they recommend which is a huge help to me. I recommend them highly for your plumbing needs. I had a complete water system put in and home and drinking water is high level.

I had a leak under my house. Forrest was able to identify where the water was coming from and fix it. Very reasonable priced . I highly recommend them .

Had a great experience having HW Plumbing coming by my home in Oxford, Fl for my plumbing needs. They did a great job adding 3 hose bibs for me and fixing an existing one I already had with a leaking problem. Great company, fair pricing and very professional. Highly recommended!!! Give them a call!!

This company cares. They are honest, hard working, and give fair quotes. Their work is exceptional and take complaints seriously without changing the quality of their work. I habe used them twice and will use them again in the future.

HW Plumbing was fantastic. I am in the process of selling my home and one of the repairs we agreed to do was replacing the old water heater with a new one. HW was able to price me a new water heater fairly, come out very quickly and did a beautiful job professionally installing the new unit. They are now my go to plumber and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We had HW Plumbing install a whole-house water filter and softener combo, along with a kitchen sink reverse osmosis system. They were extremely professional, did a phenomenal job, and truly cared about their craftsmanship and the quality of the final product. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them.

Great service! Showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, and everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Thomas and Forrest with HW Plumbing are truly skilled plumbing professionals with amazing personalities. The outdoor hose bib on my decades old house was leaking and they explained in great detail and with heartwarming patience and kindness what the problems were and showed them to me so that I have a clear understanding of the failures, damages, parts and processes. They don't pressure you but instead give you options and information and they let you make your decision based on great facts. They worked twice as hard to replace and fix it because the pipe 'gizmo' in the wall was twisted and bent. What an awesome team. If you're looking for an 'A-team' to assist you with plumbing issues, then please call HW Plumbing so that this fantastic duo can have you all squared away.

Forrest and Tom are absolutely the best! Thank you guys for your professionalism. We appreciate you!
